In liquidation proceedings, creditors may request a written declaration of irrecoverability from the liquidator by which the liquidator certifies that recovery of the creditor's claim is not expected in the proceedings. The creditor must expressly request the issuance of a statement of irrecoverability, at the same time certifying the payment of the reimbursement.

The creditor must prove the legal basis and amount of his/her creditor's claim, declare that his/her claim has not been assigned after the commencement date of the liquidation and that he/she no longer wishes to participate in the proceedings as a creditor.

Please transfer the HUF 2,000 + VAT (HUF 2,540 gross) fee to be paid to the liquidator to the following bank account number: (in the notification box with the company under liquidation) MKB account 10300002-10585749-49020019.

The liquidator will send the declaration of irrecoverability to the creditor after proof of payment of the fee, together with the invoice.

Reporting a creditor's claim in liquidation In liquidation proceedings, creditors can file a creditor's claim with the liquidator by sending a copy of the available documentary evidence (invoice, contract, court decision, etc.) and simultaneously certifying payment of the registration fee.

Registration fee payment:

In all cases, proof of payment of the registration fee must be attached to the creditor's application.

The registration fee (1% of the claim, min. HUF 5,000, max. HUF 200,000) must be paid into a separate account managed by the Economic Office of the competent court - with reference to the court case number - the bank account number of which is also indicated by the publication of the order Company Gazette.
